STEPS
For new famillies

TOUR/ INTERVIEW
Please call (323) 616-6757 or send us an email at info@alouette-childcare.com to schedule a date and time for our first meeting.

Kindly allow 30 to 45 minutes for this initial interview.
​
For the safety and protection of the children currently enrolled, our first meeting will be held virtually.
​
After the virtual interview, an in-person visit—with you and your child—will be scheduled during nap time, to minimize disruption and maintain the privacy of the children currently in our care.

ACCEPTENCE/ENROLLMENT
Once both interviews are complete, space availability is confirmed, and an enrollment date is set, the enrollment package will be sent via email.
​
All registration forms must be completed and returned before your child’s first day.

FIRST DAY
We understand that leaving your child in a new environment can be overwhelming. This is why, for the first few days, we ask you to arrive a few minutes in advance to reassure your child.
We send parents photos and text updates throughout the transition period.​
​
Alouette™ Childcare & Preschool is licensed by the state for a Large Family Childcare License.
We can only enroll:

4 children in the Infants Group (from 12 months to 24 months)

8 children in the Toddlers Group (from 2 years old and above)
